Estos espacios de diferentes escalas fueron identificados en el taller anterior por su potencial para apoyar actividades y mejorar las condiciones f\u00edsicas del propio espacio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir del trabajo en equipo para analizar en profundidad el espacio de oportunidad y valorar los condicionantes del lugar y de los posibles usuarios (barreras, facilitadores), as\u00ed como la variedad de actividades y usos que se pod\u00edan desarrollar en cada espacio, se logr\u00f3 finalmente dar forma a varias propuestas muy potentes con intervenciones hol\u00edsticas. Podr\u00edan resumirse en las siguientes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejorar la accesibilidad del espacio y aportar una mayor percepci\u00f3n de seguridad (rampas, mobiliario adaptado, iluminaci\u00f3n), as\u00ed como incorporar elementos de sombra (p\u00e9rgolas, arbolado) para la estancia y otros servicios esenciales para fomentar el uso del espacio, como los aseos. La vegetaci\u00f3n y la introducci\u00f3n de agua, como fuentes y aspersores, tambi\u00e9n es clave.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprovechar el mobiliario y elementos existentes para la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva (por ejemplo bancos de flexiones) e introducir otros nuevos como estructuras para calistenia y elementos naturales como troncos y diferentes tipos de pavimento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear espacios polivalentes de uso intergeneracional integrando zonas de juegos infantiles, petanca, ejercicio y amplios espacios que permitan el desarrollo de diferentes actividades de forma simult\u00e1nea y en distintos momentos del d\u00eda.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marcar un itinerario de ejercicios a lo largo de todo el recinto que conecte diferentes puntos del recorrido mediante carriles para caminar y correr (pintados sobre el pavimento) e indicar los ejercicios y distancias a lo largo del recorrido mediante se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Las propuestas, que sirven de conclusi\u00f3n a este trabajo con la CoP a lo largo de las 3 sesiones, refuerzan la idea de que para conseguir un estilo de vida activo y saludable es imprescindible vivir en entornos urbanos de calidad. Y esto, a su vez, es imprescindible para la llamada Prescripci\u00f3n Activa, el deporte y la actividad f\u00edsica como terapia preventiva, algo que es imposible llevar a cabo si el entorno en el que vivimos no lo facilita.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto +Actiu se centrar\u00e1 ahora en dar forma y definir las propuestas co-creadas en estos talleres para su implementaci\u00f3n como proyecto piloto. Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto generar\u00e1 gu\u00edas que faciliten el uso del espacio p\u00fablico para la actividad f\u00edsica a trav\u00e9s de la implicaci\u00f3n de los agentes del barrio y actores clave de la Prescripci\u00f3n Activa, as\u00ed como la dinamizaci\u00f3n de las actividades en los diferentes espacios y el mantenimiento y seguimiento de los
