Durante la conversaci\u00f3n hablamos sobre el papel crucial de los entornos urbanos en nuestra salud.<br><br>Resulta sorprendente que gran parte de nuestra salud se determine fuera del sistema sanitario. (GoInvo, 2017) En otras palabras, esto significa que nuestro bienestar f\u00edsico y mental depende menos de la proximidad de un hospital y m\u00e1s de nuestro entorno y estilo de vida cotidianos.<br><br>En Healthy Cities, nos centramos en los &quot;determinantes urbanos de la salud&quot;, es decir, los aspectos del entorno urbano que facilitan o dificultan una vida m\u00e1s saludable.
