Sin embargo, existe una brecha entre los conocimientos obtenidos a partir de la investigaci\u00f3n en salud p\u00fablica y su aplicaci\u00f3n en la pr\u00e1ctica de la planificaci\u00f3n. Bas\u00e1ndose en una revisi\u00f3n de alcance y en colaboraci\u00f3n con urbanistas y profesionales de la salud p\u00fablica, este estudio desarroll\u00f3 herramientas basadas en evidencia y un enfoque integral para ayudar a los urbanistas a integrar la salud en el plan maestro urbano (2017-2020) de una ciudad de tama\u00f1o medio llamada Vic (Barcelona).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La revisi\u00f3n de alcance incluy\u00f3 una revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de la literatura (PubMed, protocolo PRISMA) y una b\u00fasqueda avanzada en Google de literatura gris (2015-2017). La revisi\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica identific\u00f3 asociaciones significativas entre los atributos de planificaci\u00f3n urbana (n = 16) y los resultados de salud (n = 21). Despu\u00e9s de una evaluaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica con las partes interesadas, se desarroll\u00f3 una matriz de asociaci\u00f3n urbana y de salud para ayudar a los planificadores urbanos a comprender la conexi\u00f3n entre la planificaci\u00f3n urbana y la salud.
