Este documento recoge la estrategia de planificaci\u00f3n, las alternativas de desarrollo y los criterios generales para la futura modificaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica del Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urbana (PGOU) de las \u00e1reas industriales del Bon Pastor, Torrent d&#039;Estadella, La Verneda Industrial, Montsol\u00eds y el Tri\u00e1ngulo Ferroviario de la Sagrera de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>El Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Urbano Bes\u00f2s 22+ orienta la transici\u00f3n de los distritos industriales del Bes\u00f2s hacia su transformaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n a las condiciones de la industria urbana de Barcelona, integr\u00e1ndolos finalmente en el tejido de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Por un lado, el plan refuerza la alineaci\u00f3n de esta zona con su entorno inmediato, los barrios y el r\u00edo. Responde a la peque\u00f1a escala y a la movilidad cotidiana, priorizando las relaciones sociales y las econom\u00edas locales. Se adapta a las caracter\u00edsticas del entorno industrial y productivo, a la vez que se integra en la estrategia global de la ciudad, abordando los retos sanitarios, clim\u00e1ticos y econ\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el plan lidera el proceso de transici\u00f3n desde los usos tradicionales del distrito industrial hacia la incorporaci\u00f3n de los usos mixtos propios de un entorno urbano-industrial innovador, consolidando y potenciando la productividad, la industria y la innovaci\u00f3n urbana respecto a otros usos.
