Esto implic\u00f3 identificar determinantes urbanos modificables de la salud y vincularlos con indicadores de salud espec\u00edficos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Desarrollo de un marco conceptual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:Se estableci\u00f3 un marco conceptual que define objetivos de salud, criterios y lineamientos para la planificaci\u00f3n territorial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Resultados<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los resultados del estudio se presentan en forma de directrices y hoja de ruta metodol\u00f3gica para la incorporaci\u00f3n de la salud en la planificaci\u00f3n territorial:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Lineamientos para los sistemas territoriales:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La gu\u00eda proporciona pautas espec\u00edficas para promover la salud a trav\u00e9s de la planificaci\u00f3n de espacios abiertos, asentamientos urbanos e infraestructura.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Identificaci\u00f3n de indicadores y est\u00e1ndares de seguimiento:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se identificaron indicadores de salud relevantes para rastrear y evaluar los impactos en la salud de las decisiones de planificaci\u00f3n territorial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Hoja de ruta para la implementaci\u00f3n:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se elabor\u00f3 una hoja de ruta pr\u00e1ctica para orientar la incorporaci\u00f3n de consideraciones de salud en las diferentes etapas de la planificaci\u00f3n territorial, incluyendo el diagn\u00f3stico, la elaboraci\u00f3n de propuestas y la evaluaci\u00f3n.
