Professionals uit verschillende vakgebieden en mensen uit de gemeenschap kwamen samen om factoren te identificeren die fysieke activiteit bevorderen of belemmeren, met name vanuit het perspectief van mensen met chronische ziekten. We danken de Urban Contour Foundation voor het verstrekken van de ruimte en het ondersteunen van dit project.<\/p>\n<p>Wij nodigen u uit voor de volgende sessie op 7 juni, waar we de discussie voortzetten met een rondleiding door de buurt en gebruik maken van de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthy-cities.com\/nl\/healthy-cities-generator\/\">Generator voor gezonde steden<\/a> tool met architecten Marta Rofin en Celia Garcia.<\/p>\n<p>De bijeenkomst was zeer productief, met een vriendelijke en participatieve sfeer. De sessie begon met de presentatie van het project door de hoofdonderzoeker, Paula Jakszyn, van ICO-IDIBELL. Vervolgens werd de workshop geleid door Jordi Vilar\u00f3, Olga Canet en Elena Gimeno, van het onderzoeksteam van de Faculteit Gezondheidswetenschappen van Blanquerna (URL). Het team organiseerde de activiteit in vier diverse groepen die, door middel van foto&#039;s, barri\u00e8res en facilitators van fysieke activiteit in het dagelijks leven identificeerden.<\/p>\n<p>Er werd een video gepresenteerd waarin een wandelroute langs de Avinguda Catalunya in L&#039;Hospitalet te zien is, van het metrostation Torrassa naar Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Na een pauze met een hapje en een drankje gingen de teams verder met de discussie. Aan de hand van foto&#039;s gaven ze aan welke delen van de wijk een belemmering vormen en welke juist een belemmering vormen.<\/p>\n<p>De sessie werd afgesloten met een algemene discussie en het voorstellen van strategie\u00ebn om barri\u00e8res te overwinnen en facilitators te versterken.
