Deze ruimtes van verschillende schalen werden in de vorige workshop ge\u00efdentificeerd vanwege hun potentieel om activiteiten te ondersteunen en de fysieke omstandigheden van de ruimte zelf te verbeteren.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Door in teams te werken om de ruimte van kansen diepgaand te analyseren en de conditionerende factoren van de plek en de mogelijke gebruikers (barri\u00e8res, facilitators) te beoordelen, evenals de verscheidenheid aan activiteiten en gebruiken die in elke ruimte konden worden ontwikkeld, was het uiteindelijk mogelijk om verschillende zeer krachtige voorstellen vorm te geven met holistische interventies. Ze kunnen als volgt worden samengevat:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verbeteren van de toegankelijkheid van de ruimte en zorgen voor een groter gevoel van veiligheid (hellingen, aangepast meubilair, verlichting), evenals het opnemen van schaduwelementen (pergola&#039;s, bomen) voor het verblijf en andere essenti\u00eble diensten om het gebruik van de ruimte aan te moedigen, zoals toiletten. Vegetatie en de introductie van water, zoals fonteinen en sproeiers, zijn ook belangrijk.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maak gebruik van bestaand meubilair en elementen voor sportbeoefening (bijvoorbeeld push-upbanken) en introduceer nieuwe elementen, zoals structuren voor callisthenics en natuurlijke elementen zoals boomstammen en verschillende soorten bestrating.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cre\u00eber multifunctionele ruimtes voor intergenerationeel gebruik door speelplekken voor kinderen, jeu de boules, fitness en grote ruimtes te integreren die de ontwikkeling van verschillende activiteiten tegelijkertijd en op verschillende tijdstippen van de dag mogelijk maken.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het uitzetten van een trainingsroute door het gebied, waarbij verschillende punten langs de route met elkaar worden verbonden door middel van wandel- en hardlooppaden (geschilderd op het trottoir) en waarbij de oefeningen en afstanden langs de route worden aangegeven door middel van bewegwijzering.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>De voorstellen, die dienen als afsluiting van dit werk met de CoP gedurende de 3 sessies, versterken het idee dat het essentieel is om in kwalitatieve stedelijke omgevingen te leven om een actieve en gezonde levensstijl te bereiken. En dit is op zijn beurt essentieel voor het zogenaamde Actieve Voorschrift, sport en fysieke activiteit als preventieve therapie, iets dat onmogelijk is om uit te voeren als de omgeving waarin we leven dit niet faciliteert.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het +Actiu-project zal zich nu richten op het vormgeven en defini\u00ebren van de voorstellen die in deze workshops zijn gecre\u00eberd voor implementatie als pilotproject. Verder zal het project gidsen genereren die het gebruik van openbare ruimte voor fysieke activiteit vergemakkelijken door buurtbewoners en sleutelfiguren voor het Active Prescription te betrekken, en door de activiteiten in de verschillende ruimtes en het onderhoud en de monitoring daarvan te dynamiseren.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
