In lijn met de nieuwe stadsagenda van de VN, de stadsagenda van de EU en de Duurzame Ontwikkelingsdoelen, streeft het actieplan ernaar Santa Coloma te transformeren tot een veerkrachtigere, inclusievere en gezondere metropool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze gezondheidsimpactanalyse (HIA) van de stedelijke agenda kwantificeert hoe stedelijke transformaties \u2013 vari\u00ebrend van duurzame mobiliteit en nieuwe groene ruimten tot gebouwrenovatie \u2013 rechtstreeks van invloed zijn op het fysieke, mentale, ecologische en sociale welzijn van de stadsbewoners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Benadering<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het project maakt gebruik van de Healthy Cities-methodologie en een digitaal instrument en is opgebouwd uit drie fasen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Actieanalyse gericht op gezondheid:<\/strong> Het uitvoeren van een kwalitatieve beoordeling van 55 specifieke acties binnen de Stedelijke Agenda, waarbij deze worden geclassificeerd op basis van hun impact op de determinanten van stedelijke gezondheid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Op bewijs gebaseerde impactbeoordeling:<\/strong> We passen onze beproefde methodologie toe om de impact van kernmaatregelen te meten op 30 gezondheidsindicatoren, waaronder levensverwachting, vermeden sterfgevallen en aan invaliditeit aangepaste levensjaren (DALY&#039;s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Economische waardering:<\/strong> Het inschatten van de potenti\u00eble directe en indirecte kostenbesparingen op het gebied van gezondheidszorg en het verwachte rendement op investeringen die voortvloeien uit de implementatie van de Stedelijke Agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resultaten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Uitgebreid HIA-rapport:<\/strong> Een gedetailleerd document met infographics en visualisaties om de gezondheidsimpact en bevindingen voor elk van de strategische pijlers van de Stedelijke Agenda samen te vatten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gedetailleerde aanbevelingen:<\/strong> om het volledige potentieel te benutten voor het verbeteren van de volksgezondheid en het realiseren van kostenbesparingen, bijvoorbeeld door initiatieven op het gebied van stadsvoorschrijving te bevorderen, actie te ondernemen op prioritaire gebieden en monitoringindicatoren vast te stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capaciteitsopbouw:<\/strong> training voor gemeentelijke technici en geavanceerde toegang tot de Healthy Cities-tool voor continue evaluatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meer informatie over de stadsagenda van Santa Coloma vindt u hier: <a href=\"https:\/\/agendaurbana.gramenet.cat\/\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Client: Santa Coloma de Gramenet City CouncilLocation: Santa Coloma de Gramenet (ES)Year: 2025-2026 Santa Coloma de Gramenet\u2019s Urban Agenda is a front-running document that sets out a clear action plan for guiding the city\u2019s urban transformation over the coming years.
