Deze Health Impact Assessment (HIA) evalueert de potenti\u00eble effecten van het project op de gezondheid en het welzijn van de omliggende gemeenschap.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Belangrijkste bevindingen<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Huidige gezondheidsproblemen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: uit het onderzoek bleek dat de luchtkwaliteit, geluidsoverlast, biodiversiteit, hitte-eilandeffect, aandachtstekortstoornis en algemene geestelijke gezondheid de belangrijkste gezondheidsproblemen in het gebied zijn.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Stedelijke determinanten van gezondheid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Uit de analyse bleek dat een gebrek aan groene en blauwe ruimtes, slechte verbindingen met groene ruimtes en veel gemotoriseerd verkeer de belangrijkste stedelijke problemen zijn die de gezondheid be\u00efnvloeden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Projectvoorstellen en gezondheidseffecten<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: de analyse van het La Industrial + project leidde tot voorstellen voor het transformeren van zowel de gebouwde als de niet-gebouwde omgeving.
