Deze relatie wordt ondersteund door wetenschappelijk bewijs, maar wordt vaak over het hoofd gezien in stedelijke planning. De strategie is gericht op het defini\u00ebren van korte-, middellange- en langetermijninterventies in stedelijke gebieden om te reageren op de ge\u00efdentificeerde gezondheidsbehoeften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Methodologie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De aanpak van het project omvatte een eerste diagnose van de huidige situatie in Subirats door het analyseren van: <strong>Beschikbare gegevens <\/strong>op de gezondheid van de bewoner, een <strong>kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve beoordeling <\/strong>van de stedelijke omgeving (veldwerk en locatiebezoeken), analyse van<strong> bestaande planningsbeleidslijnen en documenten<\/strong>, evenals input van <strong>burgerparticipatie,<\/strong> verzameld via enqu\u00eates en interactieve workshops. Deze resultaten werden geanalyseerd en gecombineerd om belangrijke prioriteitsgebieden voor stedelijke transformatie en verbetering te identificeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stedelijke gezondheidsstrategie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het opstellen van de strategie omvatte het vaststellen van prioritaire actielijnen op basis van de ge\u00efdentificeerde problemen en uitdagingen. Specifieke voorstellen werden gedefinieerd voor elk van de geanalyseerde bevolkingsgebieden.
